I understand that I am purchasing custom-made window treatments and there are absolutely no returns and no refunds. Once payment for an order is received, the material for it is cut and the shades are fabricated. Mistakes including but not limited to measuring, color, design choice, and application limitations are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
